Coletivo Siroco was founded in Lisbon (Portugal) in 2018 by Marisa Escaleira (textile and costume designer), Begoña Claveria (illustrator and graphic designer) and Anafaia Supico (textile artist). Ewelina Rosinska (director) and Catarina Santos (screen printing) were part of the collective from its foundation until 2020 and 2021 respectively.

The Collective has participated in projects of different natures, addressing the areas of aesthetics, cultural and social histories linked to textiles, experimenting and developing technical solutions applied to this subject.
